Welcome All Carlisle United Supporters To Paddock Perception!

This will be your newest Carlisle United blog. We will be bringing you all the latest news, match previews and post game analysis for the season ahead. I will be covering every single Carlisle United game when the new season begins as well as bringing you the latest transfer news over the summer and looking at players we are signing.

Why I Decided To Do The Blog?

As many of you know I was hosting a podcast called League Two View last season but with other commitments and unforeseen circumstances it was too time consuming for me and I couldn’t give it my full attention. A blog I can do at my own pace and in my own spare time. I will be either at the game or watching every single Carlisle game next season and I always have lots to say so this is the best way to get those opinions out there.

When Will I Start Posting?

I am wanting to let the dust settle right now after back-to-back relegations and I’m wanting to speak to Craig who I done the podcast with to see if he wants to post the blog as a duo rather than me by myself. I will be posting topics on my X page and players I think Carlisle should be looking at over the summer, I have already done a break down of the players I would remove and keep as well. Once the released and retained list is out will probably be my first official post.

Why Paddock Perception?

The Paddock is where I have stood the majority of the times I’ve been to Brunton Park and feel most at home in there and the perception part is obviously my take and opinion of what I’m writing about. I just wanted to clarify why I chose that name and hopefully it’s quite catchy so people will remember the name as well.

Keep your eyes peeled for Paddock Perception content over the coming months as we head in to a difficult summer with some big decisions to be made.

Thanks everyone for reading. Up the Blues always!
